Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return the products. You then have a further 14 days to return the parcel to us.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS
9.1. In accordance with Article VI.47 of the Economic Law Code, our consumer customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties. No right of withdrawal applies, in particular, to products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
9.2. The withdrawal period is deemed to have been observed if you notify us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days. The period begins on the day the goods are received.
Notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal may be sent to us by email to [email protected] or by post to Brain E-log Martine Cosmetics, Boulevard de la Technicité 1A, 7110 La Louvière, Belgium.

You are solely responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
9.4. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition for resale, so that they can be sold as new, and in their original, unopened and unused packaging and blister packs; otherwise, a refund cannot be issued.
We will also be unable to accept any parcels where there is no information to identify the sender (surname, first name, address, order number). Please write all this information on a piece of paper and place it inside the return parcel.
9.5. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, the full purchase price of the products will be refunded to you by bank transfer, depending on the payment method used when placing the online order, and no later than thirty (30) days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.
