For any order over €90, MARTINE COSMETICS offers free delivery to a collection point in Belgium and mainland France.

We undertake to deliver goods ordered on the website www.martinecosmetics.com as soon as possible following receipt of payment.

The approximate delivery time is 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

DURING LAUNCH PERIODS OR TIMES OF HIGH DEMAND, DELIVERY MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER, BETWEEN 5 AND 10 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please also bear in mind the date of your order, as orders placed at weekends and on public holidays will be prepared and dispatched on the next working day. This is not considered a delay.

Delivery times are provided for guidance only and depend on external factors relating to transport conditions. Consequently, Martine Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, and delivery charges will not be refunded.

Nor are we responsible for delivery delays caused by you providing an incorrect or incomplete address.

We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by the recipient’s absence or failure to collect the parcel within the specified timeframe.

Where we are prevented from performing the contract due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances as defined by Belgian case law, or due to a cause attributable to you, the delivery period shall be automatically extended by a period corresponding to the duration of the impediment. We will notify you by email of the occurrence and the end of such impediments. If the impediment lasts for more than six (6) weeks, either party shall be entitled to terminate the contract automatically, without you being entitled to claim any compensation from us.
