Incorrect delivery address

Please contact us as soon as possible with all the necessary details (name, order number, incorrect address, correct address) at [email protected].

We’ll do our very best to amend this before your order is prepared. However, as our system is automated, we cannot make any promises.

If your order can no longer be amended, we advise you to contact the courier immediately to try and change your address.

If this is not possible, your parcel will be dispatched to the address you originally provided.

Incorrect billing address

Don’t panic! We do not send invoices by post. The invoice for your order will be sent to you by email upon request to [email protected].

Incorrect email address

Please contact us at [email protected], providing us with the incorrect email address and the correct one so that we can make the change and resend the order confirmation email to your new address.
